You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.
After communicating your decision to withdraw from the contract, you will have an additional period of 14 calendar days to return the product(s). In such a case, you will be refunded the total amount of the order, including shipping costs.
Only the direct costs of returning the goods from your home to the online store will be borne by you. These costs are estimated at approximately €7.25 per package; please check your carrier's website for the exact rates.
In the event that you exercise the right of withdrawal, the product(s) must be returned with all delivered accessories, and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
